Filters

Use filters

1. Fixed Filters: These have predefined values, such as "Channel is Meta." They remain fixed and cannot be modified during report viewing.

2. Displayed Filters: These do not have predefined values and are typically dimensions, such as "Country," "Type," or "Campaign Name." Report viewers can add values to these filters but cannot remove them.

3. Add filters: You can add more filters, including advanced "OR" filters, to explore your data in detail.
Note: By default, all filters (except Advanced filters) use an "AND" condition.

To modify fixed and displayed filters, you need to edit report. Only users with permission to edit the report can make these changes.

Advanced filters "OR"

The Advanced Filter "OR" allows you to create flexible, detailed filter conditions in your reports.
Instead of applying multiple filters with an automatic AND (meaning all conditions must be true), the OR option lets you say: "Show results that match any of these conditions."

  • Example: Channel is Meta OR Channel is Tiktok.
➔ Campaigns on either Meta or Tiktok (or both) will be shown.

1. Click + Add filters.
2. At the bottom of the dropdown list, click + Add advanced filters.

3. Select the dimension you want to filter - in this example, Channel - then choose a condition (is, is not, contains, does not contain, or is not empty), and finally select the value you want to filter - in this case, Meta

4. Then click +Add filter rule

5. Select the dimension you want to filter - in this example, Channel - then choose a condition, and finally select the value you want to filter - in this case, Tiktok

6. Click Apply filter

After you apply an advanced filter, it will appear at the top of the report under "Advanced filters", along with the number of rules. You can remove it by clicking the "X" icon on the left.

Use date picker

Use date picker during report viewing

The date picker is available on the upper right corner of every report and allows you to select the reporting dates.

Apply comparaison to reports

You can compare different period of time by enabling the comparaison toggle and select a two time periods.

Interact with charts

To see the exact data values on a chart, simply hover your mouse over the chart, the numbers will appear automatically.

You can also click on the chart legend labels to hide or show specific data series. This is especially helpful when a chart has a lot of information, as it lets you focus on just the data you want to analyze.
