When connecting a new advertising data sources, spyne will fetch historical data. It won’t be available immediately. Data will start showing within 24 to 48 hours after connecting.
spyne doesn’t have its own attribution model. Instead, it pulls data from all available sources and lets you report on them the way you prefer.
It can also incorporate models from site-centric tools, MMM, or attribution platforms as additional data sources.
How to manage data sources
Click on your avatar in the left bar, and then on Workspace settings
Click on Integrations in the left bar to display the list of existing integrations and their status
You can remove any existing integration by clicking on the “…” button and then on Disconnect
In some sources, you may see a button or option Refresh Access.
This does not refresh or reload your data. Instead, it renews the permission (access rights) you’ve given to Spyne. When your access token expires, clicking “Refresh Access” makes sure Spyne can still connect to that source without asking you to log in again.
You can add most sources by yourself, by clicking on “+” and following the instructions. However some sources can not be setup manually, you will need to contact your spyne representative who will guide you through the required steps. Details are available in the Add new data sources section
Alternatively you can let spyne add most sources for you, by following the steps in the section Let spyne add your data sources
Let spyne add your data sources
To let spyne add your data sources, you will need to get in touch with your spyne representative, who will create for you a dedicated email <mycompany>@spyne.app. You will then need to grant access to this email on each of the platforms, as described in the following table (column Let spyne add your sources).
Add data sources on your own
You can add most sources on your own by following the instructions in the Add sources on your own column.
In both case, note that the initial sync might take between a few hours and up to two or three days to complete, due to APIs quotas.
Snapchat data becomes partially available the next day (J+1) and fully available two days later (J+2).

Region Selector for Amazon Login
We’ve added a region selector to the connector to allow users to choose the appropriate Amazon region.
The selected region determines the specific Amazon login URL used during authentication.
This ensures the login process is routed through the correct regional endpoint (e.g., amazon.com, amazon.co.uk, amazon.de, etc.), based on the user’s selection.
You can find on this page the latest list of available connectors here
Adding custom sources
