Workspace level filter

Updated over 8 months ago

When should I use a workspace filter ?

Certain integrations cannot be pre-filtered (at the time of creation) for specific accounts. For example, this limitation applies to Snapchat and Pinterest connectors. As an agency, you may manage multiple client accounts under a single Snapchat access token and want to ensure that only the appropriate accounts are accessible within a specific workspace.

This admin-only feature enables you to apply account-level filters within a workspace. By doing so, you ensure that all data accessible within the workspace is restricted to the filtered accounts, maintaining a clean and organized data environment.

How to set up a workspace filter ?

  • Navigate to the Settings > Global Filter section within your workspace, click on the + button to add a new workspace filter

  • Add each filter successively. Important note: only data that matches the applied filters will be visible in the workspace. Be mindful of the following examples:

    • Incorrect filter: If the filter is configured to allow only one TikTok account, all data from other sources will be excluded

    • Correct filter: A properly configured filter ensures that one TikTok account and data from other sources are included
