How to access Data Status
Click Data Status in the navigation bar on the left side of the screen.
Issue Overview
When you open the Data Status, you’ll start with the Issue Overview. This is a summary of any data quality issues detected, such as:
Data import or processing failures
Unmapped names due to missing dimension mapping rules
Unmatched or partially matched data between ad platforms and analytics
Click View details to learn how to resolve each issue.
Note: After making updates (e.g., reconnecting a source or updating dimension mapping), check back the next day to confirm the changes were processed.
When everything's ok, you’ll see a green check badge.
