Flexible dates, dual axis, new metrics, whole numbers… things keep evolving 🔥

Updated over 5 months ago

Here’s a new batch of improvements to take your reports even further in terms of customization and clarity.

Date range and granularity per widget

✅ Each widget can now have its own date range or custom granularity, independently from the rest of the report.

Examples:

  • A weekly bar chart, even if the rest of the report is set to daily.

  • A big number showing yesterday’s performance, even if the rest shows the last 30 days.

Display whole numbers

🔢 For numbers in the tens of thousands or millions, Spyne previously displayed a compact version (using "k" for thousands and "M" for millions).

You can now disable this behavior and display the full number in detail.

Two data series in bar charts

You can now display two bars side by side in a single chart, with dates on the horizontal axis (not just bar + line charts anymore).

✅ Perfect for visualizing the evolution of two indicators in parallel.

Dual axis for your charts

When your two series have very different scales (e.g. impressions vs. clicks), you can now assign them two separate vertical axes for better readability.

✅ A clearer and more accurate view, even with widely different volumes.

New metric: number of active campaigns/ad groups/ads

Use this in your reports to track the number of active campaigns, ad groups, or ads over a given period, for example in a Big Number.

✅ Ideal for keeping an eye on what’s really running.

Set fixed dates in the report editor

You can now set an exact date (not just a relative date) when editing your reports.

✅ Ideal for creating a report locked to a specific period.

All these improvements are now available on Spyne. And as always, your feedback helps us go even further. Thank you!
