Personnalisation des rapports

Le style personnalisé avec des couleurs cohérentes améliore la clarté des rapports. Une fois appliqués par les administrateurs, les paramètres se mettront à jour pour toutes les métriques et dimensions associées.

How to access Custom style?

  1. Click your avatar at the bottom of the page, then select Workspace Settings

  2. From the navigation bar, select Custom style in the Workspace section

How to create a workspace color palette?

A workspace color palette is a set of colors used to maintain visual consistency across widgets and reports in a workspace. The palette includes standard colors, plus the flexibility for users to add custom colors.

Click the button 'View Details' to see the full list of styles for both normal and color-blind modes.

Standard colors

spyne provides a set of colors adapted for both normal and color-blind modes (protanopia, deuteranopia), ensuring that reports are accessible and easy to understand for all users.

Color-blind mode uses both color and pattern.

Custom colors (optional)

Only admins can add new colors to the workspace color palette, and edit them.

Add a color

  1. Click the ‘+’ button to add a new color

  2. Select a color using the color picker or enter a color code

  3. (Optional) Enable color-blind mode by choosing a color and a pattern.

Click the button 'View Details' to see the full list of styles for both normal and color-blind modes.

Edit a color

  1. Click on the color

  2. Edit the normal mode and (or) the color-blind mode

  3. Click “Edit” to save changes

Metric colors (20 max)

spyne automatically generates colors for all metrics, and you can also customize them to suit your preferences.

Admins can choose colors for up to 20 metrics.

For example, "Clicks" should always be represented in green, no matter where it appears in the report.

  1. Click the button ‘Add metric’

  2. Select a metric

  3. Choose a color available in the workspace palette

  4. Click the button ‘Add’

You can easily edit the metric or color by clicking on it.

Dimension colors (20 max per dimension)

spyne automatically generates colors for all dimension values, and you can also customize them to suit your preferences.

You can choose colors for up to 20 different dimension values per dimension.

For exemple, in the dimension “Country”, “France” is always blue, no matter where it appears in the report.

  1. Click the button ‘Add dimension’

  2. Select a dimension

  3. Click ‘Add value and color’

  4. Select a value and a color available in the workspace palette

  5. Click the button ‘Add’

You can add as many dimensions as you like. Colors can overlap between dimensions. For exemple, ‘France’ in the ‘Country’ dimension can be green, just like ‘Acquisition’ in the ‘Strategy’ dimension.

You can easily individually edit the dimension value or color by clicking on it.

Or, click the edit icon next to the dimension name to modify all the values within it
