How to access Custom Sources Monitoring

Click Data Status in the navigation bar on the left side of the screen.

Or, via the View details link in the Issue Overview.

Custom Source Monitoring

  1. Accounts needing attention: These issues are automatically flagged to the Spyne team. No further action is required on your end unless contacted, but you can always reach out to the team for a catch-up or clarification.

  2. Account successfully retrieved or processed

You can filter the results by channel or data status.
