Before you start: copy your dimensions first
⚠️ Important: always copy your Custom Dimensions to the destination workspace BEFORE copying reports.
If your report uses custom dimensions (e.g., platform name, country), and those dimensions do not exist in the destination workspace yet, the filters using them will be lost and will need to be manually reconfigured.
How to copy dimensions to the destination workspace:
Go to the destination workspace and open Workspace Settings > Dimension Mapping.
Recreate the same dimensions (same name, same scope, same rules) in that workspace.
You can also use the Copy dimensions feature directly from the source workspace to do this automatically.

Once your dimensions are in place in the destination workspace, you can proceed to copy the report.
How to copy a report?
1. You can copy reports from one workspace to one or more other workspaces by going to the Reports section, then clicking on Create a New Report, and selecting Copy Report.
2. Select the report you want to copy, then choose the destination workspace(s).
Note: If your report uses Custom Dimensions or Custom Metrics specific to the current workspace, be aware that they may not be compatible with the destination workspace(s).

(NEW) Copy Workspace Resources
Easily copy your reports, custom metrics, spends, and dimensions to other workspaces using the "Copy Workspace Resources" page, available only to Admins in workspace settings.
You can now copy several configuration items to one or more destination workspaces from a single guided page: Copy Workspace Resources.
How to access it:
1. From workspace settings, open the Copy Workspace Resources page.
2. Select the destination workspace(s).
3. Follow the steps in the order provided. For each step, you choose to copy (the "Copy" button) or skip (the "Ignore" button) the item before moving on to the next one.
The steps, in this order:
1. Custom metrics: copies all custom metrics from the source workspace.
2. Custom spends: copies all custom spends.
3. Custom dimensions: copies all custom dimensions.
4. Goals: copy coming soon (not available yet).
5. Teams: copy coming soon (not available yet).
6. Reports: copies all non-archived custom reports.
⚠️ This order isn't arbitrary. As with the manual method described above, your custom metrics and dimensions must exist in the destination workspace before copying reports that use them — otherwise the corresponding filters will be lost.
A copied step turns to "Succeeded," a skipped step shows as "Ignored." You can move forward step by step until you reach Reports.
