The Homepage
When you log in to Spyne, you land on the Homepage. From here, you can choose to display a global report with your key figures, so you can check your data at a glance every morning.
The Navigation Menu
On the left side of the screen, you'll find the main menu. It gives you access to everything you need:
Reports — where you create, view, and organize all your dashboards.
Toolbox — powerful tools for deeper data analysis: Pivot Table, goal tracking, and SpyneAI.
SpyneAI — Spyne's AI assistant, for asking questions about your data in natural language.
Notifications — collaborate with your colleagues directly on the platform.
Organizing with Folders
In the Reports section, you can organize your reports into folders just like on your computer. This becomes especially useful as your workspace grows and you accumulate more reports.
To create a folder, click "New folder" at the top right. You can then drag your reports into it to organize them by brand, channel, or client, depending on your needs.
You can also nest folders inside one another for even finer organization.
Favorites
To access your key reports even faster, you can mark them as favorites. Hover over a report and click the star that appears — it turns yellow once selected.
💡 Tip: if you manage several clients or markets, favorite one report per client so you can switch between them in seconds.
Your Personal Settings
In the bottom left corner, you'll find your avatar. Clicking on it takes you to your personal settings, where you can update your name, avatar, and notification preferences.
If you have trouble distinguishing colors on charts, you can enable colorblind mode from your account settings. Spyne then uses a combination of colors and patterns to make the data readable for everyone.
