Data Monitoring

The Data Monitoring shows which advertising or analytics accounts need attention, and which have been successfully retrieved or processed.

How to access Data Monitoring

Click Data Status in the navigation bar on the left side of the screen.

Or, via the View details link in the Issue Overview.

Data Monitoring

  1. Accounts needing attention

    • Disconnected token: Refresh the integration.

    • Inaccessible account: Check the account status in the advertising platform.

    • Technical issue: No action needed, our team has been notified.

    • Long initial load: No action needed, large volumes may take a few days.

    • Sync issue: No immediate action, data will load during the next sync.

  2. Accounts successfully retrieved and processed

  3. Accounts without recent data
    No data was retrieved yesterday, this may be expected, but you can review the source for more info.

You can filter the results by channel or data status.

📌 Unable to Retrieve Latest Data Due to Blocked Account

If your account is blocked, we won’t be able to retrieve the latest data. To resolve this:

  1. Unblock your account

  2. Refresh the connection token by clicking the 'Refresh' button.

If you’ve just refreshed the token, the update process has started, and the data will be available within 24 to 48 hours.

⚠️ Please note that the refresh is a daily process.
