This guide is for workspace admins and editors. It will show you how to create/edit reports, invite colleagues or external partners, and use toolbox for insights. You'll also learn how to manage your account settings.

1. What is spyne?

Spyne is an media data centralization platform, built to help teams increase their productivity in their reporting and daily optimization tasks.

Spyne automatically consolidates media campaigns, site centric data and third party measurements for a central view of all your activation across all channels, brands and countries.

Access to these tools depends on your role and the permissions of the teams you belong to.

All spyne users can easily communicate with each other and comments directly on reports or widgets. This makes it simple to discuss data, ask questions, or share insights without leaving the platform.

5. Invite members to workspace

Add colleagues or external partners to the workspace, create teams, define roles, and manage permissions to ensure everyone has the right access.

A workspace can have multiple teams, with each team's access limited to specific data sources, tools, reports, and folders. This flexibility ensures data security and control.

If youโ€™re an admin

Admins have full control over the workspace.

  • Add people to the workspace and give them Admin, Editor or Viewer (Guest) roles

  • Create teams, add members to team

  • Manage data access for security at the workspace level

If youโ€™re an editor

Editors have more limited permissions.

  • Add people to the workspace and give them Editor or Viewer (Guest) roles

  • Create teams, add members to team

  • Manage data access for security at the team level

6. User account settings

You can easily manage your user account settings, including profile details (name, email, avatar), and update your notification preferences.

Steps to modify your account settings:

  • Click your avatar at the bottom of the page

  • Then select Account Settings.

COLOR-BLIND MODE

Spyne offers a color-blind friendly mode to make reports more accessible for users with color vision deficiencies (such as protanopia and deuteranopia). To activate this feature, simply enable it in your account settings.
